DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Cummins in Roermond, The Netherlands.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced service levels, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges within supply chain processes, developing and implementing strategic plans to mitigate these risks and ensure project continuity.
• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals while developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, maintaining effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues, collaborating with internal and external resources to mitigate risks and implement effective solutions.
• Plan and monitor project budgets, conducting research and analysis to optimize project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coach and guide project team members, providing developmental feedback and documenting learnings to enhance team and project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in utilizing supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, forecasting software).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on mentality.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management within a supply chain environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
