Project Staff Planner

This a full time, office based role (40hrs per week) and due to start October 2024 until Summer 2025.
Your responsibilities
- Coordination of the adequate personnel needs with the Project Manager;
- Communication and collaboration regarding personnel needs and project specific requirements with the various Van Oord departments and Pool Managers;
- Setting up, managing and monitoring the most efficient and optimal Project Staff planning;
- Timely identification and signalling of possible planning conflicts and able to think along in possible solutions;
- Organizing and arranging travel, accommodation and everything that comes with the deployment and deployment of employees all over the world on both project sites and installation ships;
- First point of contact for Project Staff regarding planning, schedules and travel;
- Accurate administrative processing in and use of the Van Oord systems
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable higher vocational intellectual and professional level;
- Preferably two to four years of work experience in a similar position and/or in a project-based environment;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
- An independent, stress-resistant and hands-on personality who can make decisions and works well in a vibrant team environment;
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a flexible service-oriented attitude.
- Living in the Netherlands.
