What the role is about
As a Purchasing Specialist you will manage the purchase plan, inventory levels, and negotiate prices with our suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our business needs. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Product Development & Purchasing team, as well as the B2B sales team and marketing team, enabling effortless collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and report on product, collection, attribute and category performance;
- Create the purchase plan and manage inventory levels;
- Manage the purchase of both new styles and restocking of existing styles;
- Monitor, analyse and report on which products to phase out;
- Price negotiations with suppliers and margin checks;
- Forecast, place purchase orders (POs), and follow up, ensuring timely delivery of products;
- Serve as the key contact for suppliers on POs and forecast-related topics, and review supplier invoices.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a merchandising role;
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Strong analytical skills combined with commercial awareness;
- Self-starter, ability to multitask on different projects and manage personal deadlines;
- Experience working with ERP and CMS systems (Netsuite/Shopify is a plus);
- Available for a minimum of 4 days per week.
