• Evaluating and promoting improvements in quality specifications of UV inks, which safeguard their continuous excellent performance in the printing process
• Evaluating quality of printed applications (print quality and robustness), linked to the working latitudes of the printing process and ink properties
• Developing and improving measurement methods for inks, prints and applications (finished print products)
• Evaluating properties of raw materials and of ink processing, and their link to ink performance
• Defining and executing endurance/reliability tests on our printers, including hands on testing
• In cooperation with R&D transfer of knowledge and measurement methods to the Manufacturing department (Quality Assurance)

• a professional with a master in chemistry /physics / applied science (or similar)
• 0-5 years of experience at the interface between chemistry and physics
• fluent in English, verbal and written. Dutch & German is a big plus
• design for six sigma experience and professional test competencies or are willing to develop those
• permissioned to work in the Netherlands
