As a Manual QA Intern, you will work closely with our development and business stakeholders to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern...
You will support our IT team in ensuring software quality and enhancing the user experience. In addition, you will:

• Requirement Analysis: collaborate with QA lead and other stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements and to translate them into actionable test cases.
  
• Test Planning & Execution: design, develop, and execute test cases based on feature requirements and specifications. Perform manual testing to ensure the quality of the software, focusing on functionality and user experience.
  
• Bug Identification & Reporting: identify, document, and track bugs and issues in the system using Jira.
  
• Documentation: contribute to test documentation, such as test plans and test case repositories. Update the knowledge base and QA documentation as needed.
  
• Collaboration & Feedback: work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Actively participate in team meetings, offering constructive feedback to help enhance product quality and user satisfaction.

To join fon Q as a Business Analyst Intern you should be…

• Available for a minimum of 4 days a week
  
• Able to start immediately or with from January/ February 2025, for a period of at least 6 months,
  
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Have a basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with SQL, Rabbit MQ, bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail) is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to identify potential areas of risk and ensure thorough testing coverage.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
