Are you looking for a fun internship in which you gain all-round HR experience at an ambitious, growing organization in e-commerce? Then we are looking for you! As of February 2025, we are seeking a driven HBO/WO student who enjoys getting to know the different facets of the HR profession.

As an HR intern…
You will provide support to our HR team with recruitment, contracts, on/offboarding, absenteeism, and much more. In addition, you will:

Contribute ideas and (learn to) handle tasks across various HR projects,
Learn to be the point of contact for all kinds of HR-related questions,
Get energy from helping everyone as best as possible at fon Q.

In short, we offer an all-round HR role in which you will deal with all facets of the HR profession.

Some upcoming HR projects include:

Revising and improving our performance management process,
Finalizing and implementing improvements for recruitment and onboarding,
Ensuring smooth integration of our new ARBO provider.

As an HR intern at fon Q you are:

Available for a minimum of 4 days a week (32 hours),
Joining the internship from February 2025 for a period of at least 5 months,
Accurate and detail-oriented,
Able to work independently but also well in a team,
Honest, professional, and results-driven,
Proficient in English.
