Job Title: Technical Data Steward Data Quality
Working Mode: Hybrid- 2-3 days a week
Location- Utrecht, Netherlands
Language: Fluent Dutch language is mandatory
Role Description:
As Technical Data Steward you work together with your colleagues within the Pensions department. You contribute to the quality of the data in our landscape, which leads to better decisions, more efficient business operations and better service to our customers and (external) partners. You understand the possibilities that the rich internally and externally available data offers if it can be fully deployed. With your technical skills and communication skills, you help to make the quality of data transparent and you involve your colleagues in the business and data owners in the organization in this.

This is what you will do as a Technical Data Steward:
Drafting and implementing business rules around critical data elements and data lineage in metadata management tools to gain insight into data quality
Collecting and analyzing data around data quality, reporting findings and providing advice to colleagues from different departments and levels
Professionalizing our data management processes, including implementing the Data Quality Policy via metadata management tools
Participating in change and improvement processes in which you deliver analyses and advise to what extent data can be used based on application and established data quality

This vacancy is really something for you, because you (have)
A completed relevant HBO or WO education and at least 2 years of work experience as a Technical Data Steward
Works accurately and has a results-oriented attitude
Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration, within and outside your own field of work
Knowledge of and demonstrable experience with tools such as SQL and Oracle databases
Knowledge of Data360(preferred) or similar metadata management tools(Alation Data intelligence platform or collibra data intelligence platform, informatica meta data management, IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog)
Experience within the pension sector (major advantage)
