About this vacancy
For one of our international machinery related clients, which partly focuses upon the Semiconductor- and Automotive industry, we’re looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager.Within this position you will be responsible for:
- Translating the project requirements into a clear project plan and scope, whereby you’re keeping a close eye on the budget, planning and quality;
- together with your multi-disciplinary project team you propose a project approach to tackle the technical challenges and minimize the project risks;
- during the various stages of the project, you will regularly have update meetings with internal international stakeholders to discuss the progress of the project;
- you’re responsible for managing customer required R&D developments, which can be used as a roadmap by for example using the Stage-Gate Process.
What we expect from you
- A completed Bsc. degree in an Engineering discipline (for example Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering);
- at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, leading multi-disciplinary projects within the semiconductor/automation or equipment industry, with a strong software component;
- you're a strong communicator, pro-active and like to interact with international internal stakeholders.
