Regional Customer Service Coordinator (Temp)

The Team:
This is a local opportunity based in our office in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. We offer a full-time fixed-term contract (max 12 months with the possibility of extensions).
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Customer Service Coordinator. You will coordinate all promotional jobs (displays, bundles etc.) between the local market (sales, marketing, planning, customer service) and the DC’s.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Coordinate production of displays, bundles and other reworks to ensure they are available on time and in full to be shipped to customers
- Enforce the rework procedures and timelines are respected by all parties in the process
- Create a rework plan & share with DC and local customer service per agreed lead-times per DC
- Utilize all available data to make decisions about when (and possibly where) to rework
- Lead weekly market calls where reworks are discussed on detail
- Work closely together with Inventory Analysts and DC
- Work closely with local sales, marketing teams to agree available stock dates and obtain necessary information to plan reworks
- Maintain data master file where the rework planning is based on
- Look for potential cost savings / alignment across the region
- Monitor shipping against reworked stock and highlight any ‘excess’ to relevant personnel
- Look for opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken English essential. Second European language beneficial, particularily French or Italian.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills / ability to prioritize
- Advanced excel skills mandatory
- Preferably COGNOS & AS400
- Fast & autonomous decision making
- Strong feeling of ownership and courage to drive & lead the process
- Influencing skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with complex data, multitude of markets and simultaneously “juggle many balls in the air”
- Confident to recommend innovative solutions
- Integrated approach with other teams
- Flexibility
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
