u Butler is a 24/7 service that assists international local hires with finding their way in the Netherlands. Our International Mobility Agents, who work under the alias ‘Sophie’, arrange everything a newcomer needs when settling in a new country via our specially created software. You can think about opening a bank account, taking out health insurance, but also arranging personal matters, like arranging a holiday or looking for a hobby. Our golden formula of well-trained people, combined with a smart system, ensures that international local hires will find their way within the Netherlands in a few weeks! Your mission
Are you social, proactive, and do you easily empathize with others? Become our Relocation Coordinator and assist international local hires from large organizations during their first months in the Netherlands! As our Relocation Coordinator, it is your job to onboard, manage, and offboard the users of our service. Our users are local hires from large organizations who will move to a new country and start their lives here. You will manage their relocation through various video calls and by creating personal roadmaps, you'll be the face of the company for them. You are responsible for ensuring that the users understand exactly how our service works, that you get them excited, and that they stay active during their service period. You'll be the link between the local hires and our International Mobility Agents (Sophie) to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. As a result, you provide the local hires with an unforgettable warm welcome to their new home country!
What you'll be doing

• You will be the face-to-face contact point for the local hires and guide them through the different stages of their relocation;
• You make sure to analyze the local hire's situation and provide a tailored and personal relocation plan;
• You schedule and attend video calls with new users to manage and onboard them into our service;
• You analyze the results of their journey and implement improvements to it;
• You build and maintain excellent relationships with local hires from different countries worldwide.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences;
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• You enjoy getting to know new people and find it easy to communicate with them;
• You're a star in listening and thinking along, but also feel comfortable explaining and guiding;
• You are a real team player.
