About the Role
We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our entry into the European market by assisting our Global Marketing team in enhancing our brand awareness. You will also be a first point of contact for both our business and retail clients, helping people all over the world regain their confidence!
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the marketing and sales team
• Answer client questions with in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Navigate multiple applications to find information and solutions
• Assist in website content improvement
• Collaborate with the global marketing team members to create reels/Tik Tok/Youtube Videos
• Manage social media communities
• Track performance, analyze, and report on campaign analytics, conversions, and results to inform future strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

• You are educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or with relevant industry-related qualification with one to two years’ experience
• Working proficiency in English and German/Dutch – oral/written/comprehension
• Prior experience in client-facing roles, sales, or retail environments
• Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning new skills and technologies
• Exceptional communication & active listening skills
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook)
• Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €14,50 - €16,00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
