You are (co-)responsible for the daily expansion of brand awareness and customer base of Dovetail. In addition, you proactively find and convert potential customers to actual engaged partners of Dovetail i Paa S. You work closely with the marketing and consultancy team.
The result of these efforts is growth of our Customer base and Brand awareness in the market.
What would your day look like?

• You start the day with checking your email box and Linked In to see if you have any relevant conversations
• The phone is your best friend and you enjoy reaching out to follow up outstanding quotes and requests. After each contact you update results in our CRM system
• Together with marketing you decide what content is required or desired, cooperate in the creation and support distribution of that content
• You meet potential customers, mostly online, to discover common grounds and initiate partnerships
• You participate in a stand-up meeting together with marketing, sales and consultancy

What are you bringing to the table?

• A completed and appropriate education in sales or commercial studies
• You are outgoing, don’t mind calling people and like the occasional travel that comes with visiting (potential) customers
• You preferably have some years of experience in a Commercial and/or Marketing role
• Ideally you have some experience in an IT / Saa S related company or at least have an interest in IT, experience in application integration would be a plus,
• You are used to working in or closely with marketing to ensure our tone of voice, content and campaigns align with the target audiences you interact with
• You have knowledge and experience of the tools we use;
• CRM
• Linked In Sales Navigator
• Outreach tools like Meet Alfred or Expandi.io
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are a seasoned teamplayer and you are available for 20 - 24 hours per week
• You are a structured person and you have attention to detail
• Drive, eagerness to learn, independence are core qualities

Who are we?
Dovetail BV is producer of the cloud-based application Dovetail i Paas which our customers use to integrate their applications in a very user-friendly way. We call this “Integration made Easy”.
We work together with partners and end customers who use Dovetail in their own integration issues and solutions. Our partners and customers span the full spectrum of medium and higher SME’s in various industries.
We distinguish OEM partners and Implementation partners. OEM partners serve a specific vertical market and use Dovetail as middleware for their own application.
Implementation partners serve end customers in integrating applications with subscriptions, implementation and maintenance, sometimes with a focus on integration, sometimes as part of their portfolio of IT solutions.
Partners are therefore the commercial extension of our organisation.
Our focus in software development is on stability, performance, user-friendliness and the right functionality with which our partners can distinguish themselves. Premium support to our partners in the commercial and technical field is an important pillar.
We work with a growing international team partly from our home workplaces in Portugal and for the Dutch colleagues partly in the office in Weert, the Netherlands.
