Selva is seeking an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced Latin fusion restaurant, with a deep commitment to cocktail innovation and pairing. Discover a shared Latin American dining experience that pairs perfectly with high-end cocktails, a rum selection fit for a tiki bar, and enough agave spirits to open a mezcaleria. Work alongside award-winning bartenders in an atmosphere buzzing with events, guest shifts, and continuous training. Expand your skills in mixology and hospitality, all while being part of one of Amsterdam's premier culinary destinations within a global hotel chain. Located on the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI, Selva offers an unforgettable setting with 360° views over Amsterdam and a team of over 40 spirited and international team members.
What you will be doing:

Crafting exceptional cocktails that reflect the spirit and flavors of Latin America.
Ensuring a memorable guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail.
Collaborating on the development of new cocktails and continuously enhancing the bar menu.
Maintaining a well-organized and stocked bar, managing inventory effectively.
Training and mentoring junior bar staff, sharing your expertise in mixology and service standards.

At least 2 years of cocktail bartending experience in a high-volume environment.

You are already settled in the Netherlands.

What's in it for you?

Gross monthly salary based on a full-time contract and your experience is €2,298 – €2,858 (scale 5 of the hospitality CAO).
A year-end bonus for every employee with a maximum of 100% of your monthly gross salary;
