Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that the financial systems are bookkept, accurate, on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the monthly reporting of the financial actuals including the forecast.
• Support on the set up of the annual financial report and taking care that all local rules and regulations are followed.
• Assist on all statutory requirements for financial reporting, including tax reporting to the authorities.
• To provide financial analysis to support proactive business management.
• Responsible for the A/R and A/P registration and payments.
• Support proper financial control procedures are developed, communicated & maintained within the business.
• Support of the entity following all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactive contribution to financial and other performance improvement initiatives.
• Preparatory payroll accounting and acting as contact person for the external payroll service provider.
• In the small organization we are, from time-to-time other tasks may be requested

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence in the English and Dutch language

Experience

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role.

Education Requirements

• HBO Level qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or similar preferred or
• MBO-level in Accounting, Business Administration or similar with additional experience in a similar role

• Hybrid Office/Home Based
