Are you an experienced marketer ready for the next step? In this versatile job, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our LYNX brand in the Dutch-speaking market. This is what you will do as Senior Marketeer for the German speaking market:

• Develop and implement ongoing strategies for demand creation and also capture, crafting a tailored localized communication mix that utilizes channels like online ads, SEO, email, social media, events, webinars, partnerships, and offline.
  
• Create and manage time-limited multichannel marketing campaigns as projects to support achievement of company commercial targets.
  
• Analyze CRM data to create impactful activities that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. Use data insights to optimize the activities and drive interest and conversions.
  
• Create a marketing plan for German market on yearly basis which is in sync with international marketing plan.
  
• Maintain relationships with media companies and cover media planning and buying.
  
• Collaborate closely with various teams including Demand Capture, Design & Content, Marketing Operations, Sales team and also Brand & Campaign Manager covering other markets.
  
• Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators and metrics for demand generation and demand capture activities.
  

This is you:

• You have at least 5 years of work experience in hand-on demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or Saa S;
  
• You have hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities to accomplish set targets on budget;
  
• You have experience creating, launching and reporting on marketing campaigns;
  
• You have excellent copywriting skills to translate our message to the market;
  
• You have strong ability to make data-driven decisions on priorities of activities across various channels;
  
• You have project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  
• You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
  
• You speak and write excellent Dutch and English.
