Senior Operational Excellence Specialist

As our Senior Operational Excellence Specialist, you will drive operational excellence initiatives through project management methodology, detect the areas for improvement, develop proposals and action plans, build up effective processes, and ensure efficient communication flow and execution. You will also ensure that the ASICS operations requirements, activities, and initiatives are identified, implemented, and executed according to priority projects to ensure the achievement of the sales targets and the major KPIs in Operations for both the wholesale and Retail/ECOM channels.

How you’ll help us.
Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, as part of the role, you’ll:
- Proactively identify problem areas and innovations to improve operational efficiency by analysing processes.
- Work in coordination with the Specialist teams to support needed areas.
- Review with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and the Global Tech Lead (GTL) from the technical team.
- Track and monitor continuous integration (CI) initiatives with the status, priorities, and continuous improvement budget impact, ensuring operations have a fair share of the budget.
- Discuss solution directions with technical teams and sign off on the preferred agreed solution.
- Take ownership of testing any new functionalities and ensure that they fit into collected requirements.
- Document the new functionality and support the Key Users in the end-user training.
More about you.
- 5-6 years of industry experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with LEAN methodology approach is advantageous.
- Qualification or equivalent experience in IT, operations or business.
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus.
