We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Service Logistic Supervisor om ons leuke en gezellige EMEA service team te komen versterken op ons kantoor in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Omdat we hard groeien is deze functie een uitbreiding van ons logistieke team en je rapporteerd aan de manager global service.

We are looking for an experienced Service Logistic Supervisor to join our exciting EMEA service team at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch. Because we are growing fast this position is an extension of our logistics team and you will report to the manager of global service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Nederlands:

Dit is zeker geen entry level functie, als Service Logistic Supervisor ben je, samen met je collega’s, de ruggengraat van onze dagelijkse logistieke operatie.

Je draagt samen met het leuke en hechte team de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse zendingen, replenishments, retouren, tracking en de voorraad.
Je werkgebied is EMEA en na een gedegen inwerkperiode ga je een klein team (3 FTE) leiden en sturen.
Je gaat de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het team en de dagelijkse operatie die bestaat uit;
- EMEA depots voorraadbeheer
- Zendingen naar en van de klant terug naar ons en de administratie en registratie daarvan.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte mannier van werken en handelen en doet verbeter voorstellen daar waar je de mogelijkheden ziet.
Je onderhoud goede contacten met onze partners en leveranciers, je probeerd vooruit te kijken en daar op te anticiperen.
Je bewaakt de interne processen van het team en die met andere afdelingen en voert verbeteringen door waar mogelijk.
Je bent graag in controle en hebt oog voor details omdat je uit ervaring weet dat daar de verschillen gemaakt worden .
Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking in ons eigen team maar zeker ook daarbuiten met andere afdelingen en vervult een sleutelrol in heldere interne communicatie.

This is definitely not an entry level position, as Service Logistic Supervisor you are, together with your colleagues, the backbone of our daily logistics operation.

Together with the close-knit team, you will be responsible for daily shipments, replenishments, returns, tracking and inventory.
Your working area is EMEA and after a thorough induction period you will lead and manage a small team (3 FTE).
You will be responsible for the team and daily operation which includes.
EMEA depots inventory management.
Shipments to and from the customer back to us and its administration and record keeping.
You ensure an efficient way of working and handling and make improvement proposals where you see opportunities.
You maintain good contacts with our partners and suppliers, you try to look ahead and anticipate.
You monitor the internal processes of the team and with other departments and implement improvements where possible.
You like to be in control and have an eye for details because you know from experience that that is where the differences are made.
You ensure good cooperation within our own team but certainly also outside with other departments and play a key role in clear internal communication.

Qualifications:

You have done MBO logistics with corresponding work and thinking level, or equivalent obtained through extensive experience.
At least 10 years of proven logistics and leadership experience in International logistics, inventory control and planning environments.
Process knowledge and mastery.
Knowledge and experience with office (Excel, spreadsheets) and SAP.
You have natural leadership in you and dare to make decisions.
Experience in international parts logistics and shipping, customs documents are a plus.
Dutch and English in word and writing is a must.
Integrity, result-oriented and customer-oriented.
You have excellent communication skills, and you think analytically and problem-solving.
You enjoy working together and are a team player, we do it together.
Proactive and planned work are your second nature.
You like to be in control and have a helicopter view.
Flexible and can quickly switch between different tasks.
You are sociable and have a healthy sense of humor.
You live at an acceptable travel distance from our office in 's-Hertogenbosch.
You are representative and in possession of a driving license (B).
