Your role will include:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
- Workshops: Lead workshops effectively, engaging participants to gather input that forms the basis of your analysis.
- Solution Design: Develop technical or process solutions that align with customer needs and think about the customer's roadmap.
- Advice: Proactively offer insights during customer interactions to ensure added value based on our expertise.
- Customer engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during the analysis phase, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer needs.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, or a related analytical field.
- Proven experience in solution analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Able to give a workshop and take the lead in a room of people.
- Strong understanding of software development, low-code platforms, and application design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing); proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, German, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.
