Join our Modern Work Team as a Intelligence Technical Specialist and work with the Modern Work and Data & AI team to bring our Intelligence solutions (Power BI & Fabric) powered by AI to Entperise organisations in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• You are skilled in delivering demonstrations (e.g., Architectural Design Sessions, and Proof of Concept sessions) of Power BI & Fabric products, services, and integration; presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning of solutions based on Power BI; applying sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger sales); leveraging partner/customer teams in solution design & proof.
• You know how to build strategy for Power BI & Fabric, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the business intelligence and data visualization space; using knowledge of customer feedback, specific Microsoft business intelligence solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape; capturing and transferring core competitive knowledge to product and engineering teams.
• You will use your knowledge of customer context; expertise in business intelligence solutions & architectures and data-driven decision-making; knowledge of enterprise-level business analytics, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, data security, governance and compliance; and other technical and industry knowledge. Leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams, leveraging knowledge of processes (e.g., Managed Service Provider, Managed Certified Professional), tools, and programs (e.g., Fast Track, customer investment funding).
• You will leverage foundational knowledge of resources (e.g., roles, Microsoft Technology Center, demo sites, virtual sites); conveying blocker impact to product teams. Proactively identifying learning gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc.; practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture.
• You will scale through partners, acting as liaison between the partner and team and facilitating partner resources and processes; supporting partner technical capacity by identifying Power BI & business intelligence skill and resource gaps and providing feedback to internal teams (e.g., One Commercial Partner).

Qualifications

• 
  8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
