The opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality across our pharmaceutical operations. You will be at the forefront of regulatory authority inspections, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and responding promptly and effectively to any observations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and improving our quality management system, ensuring that our processes align with current Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMPs) and relevant regulatory guidelines.

This position is offered as a two-year maximum contract.

How you’ll spend your day

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for and support regulatory authority inspections.
Provide timely and thorough responses to regulatory observations, ensuring all communications are accurate and well-documented.
Stay current with the latest c GXP standards and regulatory guidance, applying this knowledge in your daily activities to ensure compliance across all operations.
Implement and execute against Teva’s Quality Management System (QMS), utilizing quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
Support the rollout of corporate quality policies and standards.
Conduct proactive analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different functions.
Share best practices and knowledge within and across sites, and lead by example in promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your experience and qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Pharmacy) preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and significant proven experience will also be considered.
Extensive experience in a quality position within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in managing quality systems, investigations, and process improvements.
In-depth knowledge of c GXP, regulatory guidance, and quality management systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable improvements.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive process efficiencies and enhance product quality.
