Position background
The Customer Success department at Tjoapack is focused on enhancing customer interactions and driving internal improvements. As part of this team, the Supply Chain Project Manager will play a key role in optimizing supply chain processes for product development and lifecycle management projects. In this data-driven role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure that supply chain solutions align with project goals and contribute to overall business objectives. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your responsibilities include
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams and managing supply chain activities. Additionally, you’ll handle the following responsibilities:

Project Management

Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
Uphold and enhance quality standards.
Oversee supply chain projects to ensure alignment with GMP/GDP and budgetary guidelines.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to supply chain enhancements.
Implement process changes to secure long-term success.

Communication

Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Translate master data insights for various stakeholders to meet business goals.

Master Data Management

Align master data with business objectives.
Manage and process master data to ensure accuracy and availability.

Your background, qualification and skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Management.
Experience in project management and data management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various departments and with external partners.
Demonstrated capability to convey complex information clearly, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences within and outside the pharmaceutical sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
Experience and interest in working in a fast-paced environment.
