Teamlead Warehouse

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator for this location. Bergen Logistics is an international organization that employs people of different nationalities and where English is the working language. For our office in Den Bosch, we are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced colleague who is responsible for the physical processing of the orders of one or more customers. You provide daily guidance to the Warehouse Operators and, if desired, have contact with our customers.
This is what you’re going to do

• You provide excellent care and service to the customer;
• You provide day-to-day management and support to a multicultural team;
• You are responsible for the physical processing of the orders of one or more customers at the location;
• You are jointly responsible for the planning, monitoring and review of actions;
• You manage with the help of various KPIs (safety, employees, customers and performance);
• You support the implementation of new customers;
• You report to the Warehouse Manager;
• You follow safety rules and procedures closely.

This is you

• You have good communication skills and know how to enthuse and motivate employees of different nationalities and backgrounds;
• You have MBO level, obtained through education and/or work experience and have at least 2 years of managerial experience within the logistics sector (preferably supply chain/3pl);
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS systems;
• You are able to operationally supervise change processes;
• You have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing, knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;
• Last but not least... You take cheerfulness, positivity and humor with you!
