Your role:
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Job Description:
You are a cloud infrastructure expert with good understanding of disaster recovery solutions that encompass applications, data, infrastructure and security considerations.

• Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas of threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional on technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during workshops
• Knowledge and understanding of On-premise and Cloud based architectures.
• Should be able to interpret the existing Architecture, underlying components to validate, challenge and help the team to define the detailed scenarios and the recovery solutions.
• Knowledge on execution of Disaster recovery plan.
• Experience with working and consulting on Enterprise architecture, Layered Architecture.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should be able in workshops/meetings to steer towards intended output.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Should be able to interpret the existing architecture, underlying components to validate, challenge and help the team to define the detailed scenarios and the recovery solutions

Required:

• Proven experience as an lead, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Proficiency in system design principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (Azure) and hybrid cloud architectures, including Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) principles
• Expertise in network design, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, configuration management tools like Ansible).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, No SQL) and data management solutions
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.
• Basic knowledge of the various technologies used by development teams; Java, Mainframe, Azure, AWS

Preferred:

• Experience in the Banking industry is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL process (Incident, Change management, CIA, Configuration items etc.,)
• Experience in Disaster Recovery and/or assembling Disaster Recovery Plans
• Experience in Threat Modeling
• Experience in IT operations
