We are looking for confident, sociable, outgoing and energetic Restaurant Manager who wants to join our dynamic bar team! Are you someone who is enthusiastic, a real team player and has experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment? Then we want you!

THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, created by entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger restaurant, located in the Sir Adam Hotel and the iconic A’dam Tower in Amsterdam North. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night. The location of The Butcher Social Club is also a popular location for amazing events to take place.

The Job
Our Restaurant Manager is hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Responsibilities & Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment.
Exceptional understanding of dining service standards, trends, and customer expectations.
Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
Foster a culture of excellence among the team, providing guidance, support, and training.
Collaborate with the service teams to maintain THE BUTCHER’s high standards.
Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
Drive promotional initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and engagement.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.
Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting)
