Responsibilities & Requirements
- Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
- Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MOMO's brand identity.
- Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, other staff members, and management.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting)
- You have your Work Visa / Working papers to work in Amsterdam
- In house training
