Transaction Services Account Manager in The Netherlands

The Team
Wholesale Banking Transaction Services is an international environment. You will have frequent contact with various departments and stakeholders within ING as well as with clients and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team of TS Account Managers based in The Netherlands, covering all Corporate client sectors as well as Non-bank Financial Institutions. You will operate in an open and informal environment, together with experienced and highly motivated sales and services professionals.
Roles and responsibilities

Higher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master's degree)
-
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbally, is required
-
Lending and/or Trade background is preferable
-
This role is particularly suited for team players with organizational skills, commercial focus, eye for detail and a can-do attitude

As primary contact for the client, you will be part of deal teams in case of renewal of TS Mandates and you will contribute to Request for Proposals (Rf P’s)

You will pro-actively and regularly make client reviews, monitor TS client revenues and conduct client visits in order to discuss service levels, payment and trade volumes, excess cash solutions and other needs

You will be responsible for operating under our Know Your Client (KYC) guidelines

You will be part of the Virtual Client Teams (multiproduct) for your respective clients

You will be end-to-end responsible for servicing a client portfolio of approximately 15 Wholesale Banking clients and working closely with the Client Services teams, who are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients

For the clients in your portfolio you will be the primary contact for the existing global TS relationship and end-to-end responsible for client satisfaction
