Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. Your creative and analytical skills will help you interpret sales data and fashion trends into attractive in-store displays that engage customers and drive sales. You’ll ensure that the store’s visual standards are upheld and that the best merchandise is highlighted for our customers. Collaborating closely with the Department Managers and Commercial Managers, you'll ensure that we have the best merchandise available in the Store. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and the Commercial Manager.
Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that the product is merchandised in accordance with the company guidelines.
• Promote new lines effectively.
• Identify creative and visual ideas and take actions for the store.
• Manage the in-store furniture, tables, walls, in store mannequins and interior fixtures, in order to maintain high standards of the brand image.
• Build action plans of the commercial and visual activity of the store based on analysis of sales reports and stock inventory.
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly commercial reports and money mapping to make decisions on product allocation.
• Monitor the layout and the availability of the product (including shoes, accessories, and perfumes)
• Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends, styles and competitors activity.
• Foster and embed D&I culture and ensure an inclusive, respectful workplace for all.
• Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
• Being ambassador of the company’s sustainability commitment.

What you bring

• Prior Visual Merchandising experience or a fashion related degree.
• Understanding of market trends, commercial dynamics, and competitor landscape.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and familiarity with store layout management software.
• Time management and strong organizational skills
• Numeracy and analytical skills
• Ability to use basic tools for display assembly (e.g., lighting, fixtures).
• Visual flair and creative thinking required.
• Identifies problems, reacts accordingly with initiative and problem solving
• Initiative in identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
