About the job
To assist the Supply Chain group with all aspects of maintaining a smooth running and busy warehouse.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

• Pick, pack and shipping of goods. Including loading and unloading of vehicles
• Checking of inbound deliveries, ensuring all relevant paperwork completed neatly and in a timely manner
• Accurate use of the company ERP system including up to date information on goods location
• Periodic stock takes
• Active involvement in continuous improvement projects and training
• Following company procedures to maintain safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse at all times
• Liaising internally with other team members regarding orders and their status, resolving queries in a timely manner or escalating where necessary.
• Back-up ordering in the systems, making Purchase Orders, requisitions etc
• Support the wider team when needed.
• Booking miscellaneous parcel shipments.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential :

• Enthusiastic and Team player
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Hands on mentality.
• Partial shift work (availability some Saturdays)
• Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Fluent or native English speaking.
Desirable :

• Previous warehouse experience
• GMP awareness
