Main responsibilities and duties include:
- Independently manage daily warehouse operations with minimal supervision.
- Plan the warehouse layout and expansion in line with business trends.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving processes for both domestic and international customers.
- Oversee daily shipping carrier deliveries and pickups, ensuring goods are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently, while ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Continuously monitor and update stock locations and labeling, ensuring proper storage of goods.
- Develop, manage, coach, and evaluate a team of professionals.
- Result-oriented with strong initiative and management skills, you are a true "Team Leader."
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic, international company.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse environment and gain exposure to an international work culture.
- Pragmatic and persuasive, you are a team leader with a strong personality who fits within a dynamic organization with a hands-on culture.
- Willing to go the extra mile when urgency and necessity demand it.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- No 9-to-5 mindset; willing to work flexible hours and dayswhen needed.

- Salary ; €3200 - €36500 gross (based on experience)
