Spotless (a Downer Company) has the contract with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) for Facilities Maintenance and Management at four main bases: Linton Military Camp, RNZAF Base Ohakea, Burnham Military Camp and Waiouru Military Training Area, the National Army Museum, and several satellite sites where we deliver a suite of services to support Defence capability.
The purpose of this role is to support the 3 contracts with administrative and operational support. This position is based at our Waiouru Military Camp.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Champion Zero Harm.
- Deliver administrative functions as well as operation support with quality and within agreed timeframes.
- Develop strong, collaborative customer relationships and ensure customer interactions are positive and constructive.
- Work constructively in a centralised team environment.
- A minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Experience in delivering accurate data entry and providing administrative support including processing purchase orders and invoice approvals.
- Experience in working in a time pressured, KPI driven environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft application skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
