Babcock is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Business Improvement team based in Devonport, Auckland .

As a Business Analyst with us, you will lead efforts to streamline and enhance our reporting processes, ensuring our executive team has the insights needed to guide our strategic direction. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, from finance to HR, to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements. About you

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You excel at analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and collaboration. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized, and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your proactive approach and problem-solving mindset make you a key contributor to our team’s success.

Key Required Skills

• Data analysis and reporting expertise
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Demonstrable experience in Business Improvement highly desirable
• Knowledge of performance measurement and metrics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively

Key Required Qualifications

• Experience in Project and Change Management
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable)
