About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Chapter Lead is a capability expert and provides leadership & coaching for their Chapter members. Their primary function is to build the relevant capability through development & career progression, ensuring team engagement. They are also responsible for developing relevant tools, frameworks & best practices.
Joining our talented team, you’re responsible for nurturing Chapter members; providing professional development and coaching, and ensuring wellbeing and engagement through line management support. Our Business Analysts ensure squads have a shared understanding of all relevant nuances of initiatives, and work with squads to find and deliver solutions that are technically feasible and viable for our business.
The focus of this Chapter Lead role is to support and build Business Analysis capability for Woolworths’ business in NZ.

Ensure the work carried out by Chapter members is of a high standard and in line with best practice as defined by the Chapter and Practice

Facilitate Chapter meetings & events

Cross-Chapter collaboration and communication within Woolworths NZ and Group

Provide a safe environment for Chapter member collaboration and knowledge sharing

Advocate for the Chapter and raise awareness of Business Analysis within the business

Support and co-build career development plans with Chapter members
-
Create an amazing experience for Chapter members throughout the complete employee lifecycle

Enable transparency on the performance and effectiveness of the Chapter

Work with Tribe Leads to provide capability forecasting and people planning for upcoming quarters

Lead recruitment of capability needs for Squads & Tribes, and coordinate onboarding for new Chapter members

Apply your expertise to support strategic initiatives across the WWNZ Business and Technology
About You | Mōu
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, BA Manager or Chapter Lead who enjoys coaching and building capability to enable teams to deliver innovative solutions.
To succeed in this role you will:
