As the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand Content & Social, you'll:

• Inspire and engage: Develop captivating content that not only strengthens our brand but also fosters a loyal community of advocates.
  
• Be a strategic visionary: Own and drive our social media strategy, leveraging both organic and paid channels to maximise reach and impact.

About You | Mōu


You will bring in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, user behaviour, and community engagement strategies to lead the Brand Content & Social team and make a significant contribution to Woolworths New Zealand's brand and digital presence.


You will also bring in:

• Deep understanding of content formats (written, visual, audio) and their effective application across different channels.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  
• Experience in brand building and developing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  
• Proven track record in creating and implementing effective content and social media strategies that drive measurable results.
  
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content and social media performance.
  
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing content and social media teams.
  
• Grocery retail or CPG experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).
