A bit about you
You are professional, creative, have a passion for good food, and thrive on working in a busy, high volume kitchen environment working with the freshest ingredients. You'll have excellent wok skills and presentation and be a strong communicator whilst have proven experience in a restaurant or large hotel. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility regarding work hours are key.
These roles work across our many kitchens and are a great chance to be part of, and learn from, some of the most experienced people in the hospitality/culinary industry.
