Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, testing, and improvement of our health supplements. This position requires a strong background in food science and technology, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new health supplement formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the health supplement industry.
- Perform product testing and analysis to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product consistency.
- Oversee the quality control procedures and ensure all products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
- Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, ingredient lists, and safety data sheets.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, ensuring all products are compliant.
- Assist in the development of packaging and labeling that meets regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Provide technical support and training to sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food technology or a similar role, preferably in the health supplement industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Proficient in product development and formulation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
