Join ANZCO Foods Canterbury as a Freezer Supervisor. This full-time permanent position which reports to the Logistics Production Manager.
The purpose of this role is to manage the department, ensuring it operates in an efficient, safe and optimal manner during operation. If you enjoy supervising and leading teams this could be your next opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

Ensure frozen storage operations meet market, customer, regulatory and Company standards and requirements
Maintain the working environment in a clean, tide and hygienic condition
Facilitate the development process within Shipping Department operations to ensure continual improvement
Ensure all work duties are carried out in a safe manner and in line with ANZCO's Health & Safety Policy
Liaise with other departments/service providers regarding regular and ad hoc maintenance to ensure the Coldstore facilities operate at maximum efficiency
Provide effective communication between approved partners and key personal to optimise the logistics area

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

A working knowledge of the cold chain
A working knowledge of the meat industry
Experience in working in a compliance production environment including Health & Safety, food safety and environmental knowledge
