This role is responsible for leading the team that supports the efficiency and effectiveness of the Planning and Budgeting and Reporting, Insights and Forecasting functions within the financial planning and analysis domain.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of HNZ's financial data and information systems and involves working with regions to enable the accurate and timely collection and reporting of key workforce metrics (across FTE, FSP, non-financial and operational insights).
The Interim Manager of Enablement will oversee the streamlining and automation of Planning and Budgeting, and Reporting, Insights and Forecasting processes across the finance ecosystem and other HNZ teams that utilise financial information. This role will lead initiatives to enhance system capabilities, implement innovative technologies, and optimise existing processes. The Interim Manager of Enablement is also responsible for strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that system enhancements align with organisational goals.
Strong leadership, technical acumen, and excellent project management skills are essential for this role.
About you

Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
