Our Technology Delivery team works over a varied environment, ranging from traditional IT solutions, serverless cloud-based solutions through to mobile technology that supports cutting edge logistics systems that track our customers’ products across the world.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Service Desk Technician who is keen to learn and looking to build their skills and knowledge in the IT field. You will be the outward face of our forward-thinking team as the first point of contact to support our staff with their IT needs, which could be hardware, software or network-related issues. You will monitor our ticket management system and triage tickets and escalate more complex issues to specialised staff. Your role will also provide support and training to users on IT processes and tools as well as maintaining documentation on procedures and asset management.
To be considered for this role you will need:

A willingness to learn by starting at the bottom and working your way up
Good working knowledge or certification/training in Comp TIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 certified, Comp TIA Network+ will be an advantage
A good working knowledge of Windows 10/11, including troubleshooting common desktop issues
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite in particular troubleshooting Outlook, Teams and Share Point
Active Directory (AD) knowledge on how to manage user accounts
Remote Desktop tool familiarity with tools like Team Viewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop or similar
Understanding of basic networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & wireless troubleshooting
Familiarity with common antivirus software & security best practices for detecting malware & fishing attacks
