The role:
Seeking a Part-Time Beauty Advisor based at Auckland Airport.
As a Beauty Advisor you will deliver an outstanding customer service experience through your product knowledge and ability to provide recommendations and services to our customers. To execute your goals, you will receive regular, professional training from our vendors so you will always be up to date on the latest products and trends! You will also:
- Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand requirements
- Maintain stock and merchandise presentation consistently and in accordance with Company standards
Friday 3pm - 10pm, Saturday 11am - 6pm, Sunday 6am - 2:30pm, Monday 6am - 1pm
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering a great customer experience to achieve sales targets.
- Clear and confident communication skills and an ability to think on your feet and promote your brand.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Previous experience working in the beauty & fragrance industry is highly desirable.
- Mandarin speaking abilities is essential
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
