Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical Services (13 month fixed term)

We have a 13 month fixed term opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the team to continue to bring our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) services to life and drive our corporate brand development.
You will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth for our new service-based business. You will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer, other Executive Leadership Team members, CDMO team members, subject matter experts and external vendors to ensure that marketing and communications efforts align with the overall business strategy.
You will develop and execute digital (and non-digital) marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing and trade show attendances and roadshows that resonate with our audience and deliver ROI. A big part of that is to create compelling marketing collateral to support sales efforts and impact at industry events and conferences. You will conduct market research and oversee the CDMO website and related assets, ensuring it reflects the brand image and delivers a seamless user experience.
You will provide insights to optimise future initiatives and support lead generation initiatives and building out the lead database.
You will make sure our corporate brand is strongly positioned as we move into new markets. This will be around the corporate narrative, brand identity, marketing communications and maintaining consistency. You will also lead the roll-out of a new corporate website, ensuring it aligns with our brand strategy and supports our growth. Additionally, you will advise and guide business leaders on external communications strategy, approaches, tools, channels and tactics.
This is a great mix of doing and strategy, where you will roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. This is a lot to achieve in 13 months, are you ready to be a part of it?
You will be
- A strong MARKETER - you have 5-10 years experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a regulated industry. You have experience in an end-to-end role where you defined brand and strategy, developed campaigns, collateral and copy, and analysed market trends, with a particular focus on service-based marketing.
- An expert CREATIVE COMMUNICATOR - you will love to talk, listen, write and everything in between. You like to see content that is cohesive, compelling and consistent.
- A RELATIONSHIP BUILDER - you will be awesomely expert at forging and nurturing relationships and getting people on side, working with people and valuing their expertise. You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies. This is a creative role in a heavily compliant and regulated industry - you will need to work with teams across the business to ensure the copy is right.
