Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:

As part of our People Advisory team, the NHQ Business Partner supports the alignment of the organisational People strategy with the overarching business strategy, guiding and advising on strategic management, providing targeted advice, expertise and guidance whilst engaging with managers across the region to provide support implementing strategic processes and transformational change.

You will build a high level of trust and become the go to person for any generalist HR related queries. You will work closely with the different areas of the people branch to provide high quality and timely advice across the organisation.

You'll be a seasoned People practitioner who clearly demonstrates leadership behaviours that cultivate an inclusive work environment. Fostering a collaborative environment, you will encourage quality, innovation, ongoing learning, and knowledge sharing. This dynamic and fast paced role requires flexibility, resilience, and excellent prioritisation skills.

To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will:

• Strong experience in delivering generalist HR advice at a senior level
• Excellent understanding of employment law and best practice
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to develop solutions
