Job Description
Some Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain the Waihi North Project (WNP) Schedules, including the project master schedule, ensuring data integrity
- Provide direct support to the WNP Project Director
- Work closely with the Project Managers, Project Director, Study Manager and stakeholders to understand project objectives and constraints
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
- Provide training and guidance to project team members on using Primavera P6 for schedule management
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Project Planning with large infrastructure projects (mining preferred)
- Experience in using Pronto (preferred)
- Proficient user of Primavera P6 software with extensive expertise in project scheduling and management
- Driver Licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred
- Tertiary education qualification (preferred)
