We now have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Personal Banking Product & Strategy team to work across the Home Lending portfolio!
Te Tūranga | The role:

Reporting to our Chapter Lead - Home Lending, you will be responsible for developing and managing innovative products and services, which help our customers accelerate the achievement of their financial goals through simple, convenient, personalised solutions.
Create and execute product strategies, product development improvements for an unbeatable customer and staff experiences. Supporting product, process, and policy transformation.
Translate 'big picture' thinking into actionable initiatives and work collaboratively to deliver on these at pace.
Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum 4 years' experience / expertise in developing and executing successful product strategies within a professional or financial services organisation.
Good understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and legislative environment for financial services
You will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences.
You will act as subject matter expert on the products, providing support and guidance at all levels within the organisation as required and comfortable leading product change through 'agile' / iterative methods.
You will have the confidence to forge new relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, and maintain them to a high standard, as well as leverage on your existing internal networks.
Good understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and legislative environment for financial services
A 'change agent' who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
