In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Web Transformation project team, and the Web Experience team. Together, we are focussed on improving the University website, as well as the supporting web capabilities, to provide an effective, engaging user experience. We are highly collaborative, user-centred and solution-oriented.

Te Mahi / The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex and medium to large-scale projects from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects deliver the required outputs and meet client objectives. You’ll be pivotal in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle to achieve successful outcomes and exceed client expectations.
Skills and Experience / Kā Pūkeka me Kā Wheako
- A relevant qualification in project management, IT, or business (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Significant experience in project management.
- Be skilled in project management methodologies and tools, including scoping, planning, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical abilities, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
Further Details / Pūroko
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed term position until June 2026, located in Dunedin.
The appointment range is $90,165 to $98,515 per annum. Top of the range is $106,863.
