The Opportunity:

A Final Year Property Student or recent Property Graduate who is keen to embark on a career in agricultural/rural property valuations
Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data and sales/leasing analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
Obtain hands on experience and progress towards becoming a Registered Rural Valuer

As the successful candidate you will have:

Final year property student or recent graduate eager to pursue CPV registration and a career in Agricultural Valuations
A proactive and positive approach to work with a strong customer service approach to completing tasks
A strong work ethic and desire to further your career in property
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
A background or interest in agriculture/rural assets would prove beneficial
