Te tūranga | The role:
As the Area Leader, you will lead a team of three experienced Rural Managers and their respective teams; coaching and mentoring a team of high performing rural specialists to maximise opportunities with existing clients while driving new business opportunities to acquire new quality clients.
Ō pūkenga | About you:
To be successful in this role, you will already have a solid background as a successful rural banker or similar, and be able to pull from the skills and experience you have built to enable you to lead, coach, mentor and drive a successful team.
Success in this role will be ensured through your proven record of sales leadership and new business development as well as your ability to maximise opportunities. Your time and focus will be focused on your team's development, performance and success while growing both ASB's and your team's brand in market. Commercially savvy, with proven credit and risk skills, you will influence key internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
