We are looking for a Senior Enablement Change Manager to join our Change Enablement to support and facilitate successful delivery of programme's and projects. You will play a pivotal role in enabling our people and teams to adapt and respond to legislative, technology and business change. You will also support us to develop and grow our change practice across Te Pūtea Matua.

The role The Senior Change Enablement Manager is responsible for managing change through planning, implementation and helps ensure that projects and initiatives are connected enterprise-wide and achieve their outcomes and benefits.

As our Senior Change Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Change Enablement team within Te Pūtea Matua's Strategy, Performance and Enterprise Delivery team and will provide strategic and operational change advice and support. We play a critical role in growing visibility, practice and capability to transition to future states more effectively, reducing disruption and increasing productivity. We do this by assisting our Great Team to understand our strategic direction, change activities and by preparing them to adopt new ways of thinking, behaving and working.

You will be responsible for leading and facilitating business change management activities across discrete projects and initiatives, including planning, analysis and implementation of change activities and building and developing change practice, visibility and capability through strong business relationships.

You'll be the kind of person who 'thrives on delivering meaningful change. You'll be an inclusive influencer able to work closely and collaboratively with senior leaders, project teams and Project Managers to design, develop, align and achieve our change initiatives and projects.

  • Significant proven experience in delivering organisational and strategic change initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
  • Great stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Deep expertise and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Ideally experience developing change reporting and visibility dashboards and tools
  • Ability to lead as well as work collaboratively with and through others.
