About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a Senior Product Manager within our Everyday Enablement squad, you’ll be accountable for the core logic and technology platform that enables loyalty member experience and program proposition. Like a Product Manager, you’ll work with a cross-functional team to build industry-leading products but as a Senior, you will have more strategic influence, greater commercial accountability and you’ll contribute significantly to the craft by defining frameworks and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Ownership: Define and champion a multi-year product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging deep customer understanding and market analysis.

Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise data analysis, research, and financial acumen to inform product decisions, prioritise initiatives, and measure success through defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Customer-Centric Development: Embed continuous discovery and customer validation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions address desirability, viability, usability, and feasibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, marketing, and other teams to drive product development, go-to-market strategy, and cross-tribe initiatives.

Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing team environment, foster collaboration, and mentor peers while championing product best practices and driving continuous improvement.
About You | Mōu
This role calls for a data-driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of building product value through experimentation and iteration. You'll be adept at crafting compelling product strategies, securing buy-in across the business, and confidently advocating for product teams. Furthermore, you'll possess excellent coaching skills, enabling you to effectively mentor others in adopting best practices and achieving outstanding results.
