An opportunity has arisen for a Test Manager experienced in the delivery of complex projects to join the department in a fixed-term capacity. The project involves multiple vendors and solution components; the Department will be the lead integrator for the project and the Test Manager is key to the successful delivery of the end-to-end solution.
The successful applicant will have proven experience of:
- the delivery of projects involving multiple vendors and solution components
- driving the interaction of multiple vendors within projects
- mandating a test strategy that will ensure testing is robust and is planned and delivered at a comprehensive level
- the ability to develop, maintain and facilitate effective relationships with stakeholders.
- monitoring and reporting on test preparation and test execution progress
- management of both vendor and internal DIA test deliverables
- reporting the testing progress for individual solution components as well as the overall end-to-end solution, data migration and testing of non-functional requirements
- working closely and collaboratively with both vendor and internal DIA project team members.
