Job Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement & manage a high performing team structure & process to achieve business objectives by defining clear roles, responsibilities and KPIs for team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on industry news & trends to identify opportunities for new offerings or product enhancement as well as research potential clients, partners and competitors.
- Develop proposals and follow up with leads.
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management/ business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
